Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Premium Shop Deals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title passes to you upon receipt of payment in full. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order confirmation.

15-Day Return Policy
Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
1. Return Window
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Returns requested after 15 days will be declined and returned to you at your cost. The return window begins on the delivery date shown on your carrier tracking information.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns must include the original packaging (box, dust bags, hangers) and proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Items showing signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration will not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at +1 860-531-4154 or via the Contact Form on our website to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1β2 business days. Do not mail items without an RMA number.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. For eligible returns, you may use any shipping carrier. We recommend using a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5β7 business days. Credit card refunds appear within 3-5 additional business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are immediate. Premium Shop Deals gift card refunds are issued within 24 hours of inspection.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For credit card payments, refunds go to the same card. For PayPal payments, refunds go to your PayPal balance. For gift card purchases, refunds are issued as store credit or to the original gift card.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened personal care and hygiene products (skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, hair care), digital software licenses or SaaS subscriptions once activated, gift cards and store credit, perishable food items, intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons, and items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including original and return shipping costs. Failure to report within 48 hours may limit remedies.
9. Wrong Item Received
If we shipped the wrong item (different size, color, or product than ordered), please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
10. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition (missing tags, light wear, damaged packaging), items returned after 15 days but before 30 days (store credit only), or items with missing parts or accessories. Partial refunds are prorated based on condition assessed by our inspection team.
11. Exchanges
For exchanges of size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory. Direct exchanges are available only for identical items with manufacturing defects. Contact support for assistance with defective exchanges.
12. Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns of electronics, furniture, large home decor items, or bulk orders over $500. The fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies to defective items, wrong items shipped, or standard apparel/clothing returns.
13. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit in the amount of the current selling price. The original purchaser will not be notified. Please indicate "gift return" when initiating. A gift receipt is helpful but not required.
14. Holiday Returns
Items purchased between November 1 and December 25 have an extended return window until January 15. This applies only to regular return-eligible items. Final sale items are still non-returnable. The 15-day window for other periods applies as usual.
15. Bundles & Promotions
If you return part of a bundle or buy-one-get-one offer, the discount may be recalculated. You may be refunded less than the proportional price. For free items returned, no refund is issued. Promotional credits used are forfeited upon return.
16. Return Inspection Process
All returns are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt at our Brunswick, OH facility. We check for usage, damage, missing parts, and original tags. If the item fails inspection, we will contact you to arrange return shipping at your expense or disposal with no refund issued.
17. Refund Denials & Appeals
If your refund is denied, you will receive an email explanation within 10 business days. You may appeal within 30 days by providing additional evidence or requesting a secondary inspection. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days. Final decisions are binding.
18. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback without attempting to return the item per our policy, we may dispute the charge with your bank. Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and being blocked from future purchases.
19. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility. Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional fees. Refunds for international returns may take up to 20 business days due to customs processing.
